The episode was titled “Pinewood Derby” and it has already been aired in USA last year. A spokesperson for MTV Mexico cleared that they can hide the flag artificially, but they decided to stop broadcast of entire episode to avoid fine from the Mexican government.

As we all know that the thirteenth season of the well known animated TV series, South Park is ongoing after the mid season. I thought I ought to bring some details of all what’s going on this show.

This season returned after the mid season break on October 7th with the episode entitled as “Dead Celebrities”. After airing of this episode, five more out of the world episodes have been aired. Trust me guys, each of the five episodes was completely captivating.  Now let’s have an eye on all those five episodes of this season.

After October 7th, the subsequent aired episode was “Butters’ Bottom Bitch”. This episode was aired on October 14th 2009. In this episode Butters was shown resolute to get his first kiss so his associates won’t put together fun of him to any further extent. They made up their mind to call all entire team of Ghost Hunters, this idea shattered when they started soiling their pants with fright of supernatural happenings.

Then it was shown that Ike ends up in a coma, and afterwards a medium arrive to assist the boys to make contact with the spirits as they tell that they are ensnared in Purgatory for the reason that Michael Jackson decline to agree to his death. Regardless of the boy’s requests, Jackson destroys the medium by chucking her away from a window and then he possesses Ike’s body. Then it was shown that other spirits were strained to get weaker in Purgatory, which was exposed to be an airplane stuck on a figurative runway. In the meantime, the boys got to know that the only way to free Ike’s body from spirit’s custody and also to release the celeb spirits from Purgatory is to let Michael accomplish his desire.

Then, after facing several hurdles and problems, they finally succeed in their mission to free Ike’s body. And the episode finished with a happy ending.

Portraying Kyle as a Jesus like savior who sacrifices everything he has to save the economy, the pizza he has has with his friends is portrayed as The Last Supper. Cartman takes on the role of Judas, who betrays Kyle in exchange of a copy of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. In the end Kyle pays off the debts of all South Park inhabitants.

The episode winds up with a news report acknowledging Barack Obama as the savior of South Park’s economy and Kyle responding indignantly (”Aw, come on!”) to the news.

I’m sure none of the concerned parties might have thought of the long ranging benefits of the contract at the time of making the agreement.

Trey Parker and Matt stone knew this seed will sprout into a fruitful tree and bring them abundant revenue in its springtime. As they both are the ones who are exclusively responsible for handling all the work of South Park, they are comparable to the characters of their cartoon show. I say this because they handle the work of direction and voice-over as well as control the digital sale and display, and also participate in its profits. As a fan of this animated series I really liked, Trey and Matt as they are the ones who made this wonderfully offensive show that is just full of intelligent social commentary.

South Park has been criticized by many as being a show filled with racist and sexist jokes, along with other offensive material. However, I feel that the show has been one of the most misunderstood shows as many people take the show solely at face value. The show which covers a wide range of issues related to politics, the media, today’s youth, celebrities, violence in our society, and much more has tackled the problems through the exploits of four young boys in South Park, rather than presenting them as such to the people.

The concept of satire and self parody has been exploited wonderfully well, by the comic geniuses, Trey and Matt to bring across a message to the society. And people tend to forget that this is a cartoon that has been tailor made for adult audiences. So if you can’t deal with it, that’s your problem. As for me it is the best show on television and I love the creators for giving us a show like South Park!
